This seminar is for leaders who are interested in personal development and discovering their authentic approach for better leadership.
This is a “hands-on”workshop where concepts and methods are immediately applied for the practical situations of participants creating solutions for actual problems.
Leadership and Change Management research seems to largely agree that best practices in leadership include:
– clarifying and holding vision
– pushing power and responsibilities down
– developing clear communication
– including dialog to support resilience.
Although there is a consensus on the “what”, there is little focus on the “how”.
Deep Democracy leadership embraces the principles above and adds inner work to discover your own leadership , your unique natural talent at the core of the “how”
In this seminar:
– we will delineate best practices and then demonstrate how to (re-)discover your own unique talents, often unconscious/unknown and marginalized. These talents are the source of intuition and spontaneity, and the fulcrum for impactful and authentic leadership.
– we will demonstrate and practice how to blend best practices with your deep self and inner life, and how to use them to lead and facilitate inclusive and powerful leadership in diverse teams.
