Conflict clarification and the joy of doubling

Goals:
The seminar teaches the basics of emotional and conflict psychology as well as a basic knowledge of clarification support, doubling in theory and practice, the art of dialogue, emergency measures and the truth of the situation.

What to do if the parties are so divided that they can no longer talk to each other at all without immediately becoming loud or “hardened” and falling silent?
How do you deal with aggressive accusations – ban them, rephrase them? Knock on the table and say stop? Let it run its course? How do old and more recent injuries play into the current encounter? Can offences heal at all?

Doubling is:
– a dialogue intervention.
– A direct immersion of the mediator in the conflict dialogue.
– More than just saying: “I understand you…”.
– more than just a method – almost an attitude.
– Intensive and satisfying for all parties involved.

In addition to other dialogue intervention methods as we know and use them in mediation (paraphrasing, mirroring, asking questions, getting to the point, etc.), doubling also offers you the opportunity to immerse yourself, figuratively speaking, in the conflict dialogue between the parties and to influence mutual understanding constructively and extremely effectively from within it.
This one-day conflict dialogue immersion training starts with the basic techniques and then moves on to specific topics of clarification support, depending on your questions. In addition to theoretical input, the focus is on practicing and experiencing the dialogue first-hand.

The aim is to have theoretical answers to these questions at the end, to have experienced the phenomena in practice and to be able to recognize the method of double dialogue from all perspectives.
